Do you struggle with how to make a CHOICE?
Well, you are not alone.
My favorite way to figure out what is right or wrong for me, is to see how I feel about it.
This works great when there is an obvious “I feel good” or “I feel bad,” about this choice.
But, what happens when all you feel is ANGER or SADNESS or RESENTFULNESS……
How do you make a CHOICE that will make you feel good?
For me, the quickest way, is to FIRST be okay with feeling ANGRY, SAD or RESENTFUL. The easiest way to do this is to THANK IT.
Why do this? To start off, it will make you stop fighting with your emotions and you won’t play the “Blame Game.”
By being OKAY and THANKING, a NEGATIVE feeling, you stop putting it in the “BAD” category.
This allows you to look at it objectively. Your emotions are not BAD or GOOD. They are the language of the BODY.
Your BODY is telling you, in a very physical way, through emotions, that you have hit your BOUNDARIES, it is time to RELEASE and most importantly it is time to make a CHOICE.
Once you can accept that being ANGRY, SAD or RESENTFUL is “NOT A BAD THING” you will become HAPPY with having these emotions. You might even start beaming with JOY when you see the INTUITIVE GENIUS you really are.
Because what better way to tell yourself to STOP and CHOOSE something that FITS you better.
