How to Rid Yourself of Dressing Room Fear

On January 30, 2015 by Francesca

Have you experienced the “Crash and Burn of Dressing Room Blues?”

Like….

When you find a beautiful dress.

You get super excited because you are “certain” this is just going to shine the perfect light on you.

Then you look into the mirror…

And instead of joy, you are filled with disappointment.

In this video, you will learn a tool to help see yourself from the inside out.

Use this and you never have to become a victim to the “Dressing Room Blues.”

When it comes to fashion, and understanding how to connect to your inner beauty, this tool is a “Key” element.

My mama was a seamstress, and this tool (really it is a fact), she passed on to me when I was just a wee one.

The funny thing is, as a grown women, I forgot what my mama taught me.

It just took a good smack by a mirror, to remember her words of wisdom.

Now I would love to hear from you. Have you ever had to overcome negative visions of yourself?

If so, what did you do to help yourself?

  • Great advice as always. Thank you francesca oh!

The question then is how to find what does fit as the one thing I know for sure is that most of the cheaper stores design for people shorter and wider than me, and I really don’t want to spend the money on high end just to get a pair of pants that reaches past my ankles!

  • Great question Davina. Being tall absolutely has it’s challenges. Got some solutions that are a bit different and fun if you like the process. Stay tune for the video answer.:-D
