Today’s Inner Beauty Thought is….R&R, Rest and Relaxation!

Having enough R&R is a key element to Inner Beauty.  Not having enough of it can put a lot of wear and tear on your insides as well as your outsides.

There are only 24 hours in a day and often we have an endless “To Do List.”  This pressure can be relentless and can make us unhappy with life.  So how do you stay sane and happy when you are so tired with the “To Do List” that never ends?

If you find yourself in this predicament and you want a tool to help you, here is my top secret Inner Beauty tip.  It will bring you to Rest and Relaxation without having to go anywhere but inside.

  • Gratitude:  Yep, gratitude is my first “Go To” thought for help. What you have to do is say “Thank you” and then reach for the next better thought. When you are busy, anxious, worried, because your “To Do List” looks like an endless trail, your energy becomes burnt out and looks like a kinky frazzled wire. When you say “Thank You,” to your endless “To Do List,” you smooth out these kink.  As they become smoother, you become calmer and your inner sight will become keener.

Here is an example on how to talk the Gratitude Talk:

“Thank you “To Do List.”  I have so much to do.  I’m a pretty busy person.

I guess I am grateful that I am busy….

Really, when I think about it,  being busy is actually exciting……

Boy, I am pretty grateful that life is exciting….

Wow, I’m really grateful my life isn’t boring.

Well “To Do List,” I am grateful you are never ending.”

This process raises your vibration from TIRED to RELAXED and gives your inside critical talk some well needed REST.

Another tip, is try using this tool for items on your “To Do List.”  You will be pleasantly surprised to see the Inner Beauty of each JOB and why you LIKE it.  Because when you REALLY, REALLY think about it, nothing makes your LIST unless you LIKE it.
